Software token

To use multi-factor authentication you need your username and password and a onetime keycode provided by the TOTP authenticator. The application must be registered/enrolled on Your mobile device or Desktop application. You may use one of the authenticator applications:

• Microsoft Authenticator (phone app)
• Google Authenticator (phone app)
• TOTP Authentication application for desktops
  (for example "2fast – Two Factor Authenticator" from the Microsoft Store )

Registering a token

Take the following steps to enroll the token

1. Make sure to install the software token application before proceeding
2. Open https://sovelluspalvelu.visma.fi/manageotp with your computers web browser (you should see text "Enroll new token using your mobile device" under the logon box).
3. Log in using your account

You have 3 minutes to complete the registration.

If the registration process takes over 3 minutes process will interrupted and has to start over again.

4. Select "+ Add Device", and name your device in the grey box.
   PS: Do not use special characters(including space and whitespace)

Open up the QR reader in the app BEFORE pressing GO!

5. Scan the QR code with the app and press ”Done”.
   The code is valid for 3 minutes. If this process takes over 3 minutes the account will be locked and must be released by Visma
6. Next screen shows Added **** succesfully!



7. Once the QRCode is successfully scanned and the service is added to your Authenticator app, you may select "Done". The registration is now complete.
8. Finally, click log off in the upper right corner of the page.
9. For login go to https://sovelluspalvelu.visma.fi and after login with Your credentials open your Authenticator app for the one-time passcodes
